The Rupp Folding Halyard Line Retainer Set provides anglers with a simple and easy way of storing your halyard lines while telescoping outriggers are rigged and in the retracted position. These one-of-a-kind line retainers easily clamp onto any 1-1/2″ diameter outrigger pole, and feature a hinged line cleat that snaps into both open and closed positions. When the outrigger is retracted, the cleats are popped into the open position where the excess rigging line can be easily wrapped around the cleats to keep lines neat and orderly. When it’s time to fish, the cleats are snapped into the closed position, allowing the line cleats to be stowed and out of the way while the outrigger is extended and the halyard line is in use. Constructed from a rugged black nylon and stainless steel fasteners, these line retainers are durable enough to withstand extended exposure to the elements and serve you for many seasons out on the water.
