The 17 inch tall and one inch thick back is adjustable and provides long lasting support for those long paddle adventures. The 14 inch non-skid bottom of the seat features double thick 1 inch foam for lasting comfort. Additionally, the back of the seat has 2 built in D rings for easy connection of leashes and other accessories. To install the Sting Ray Seat on on a sit inside kayak, you will need to purchase the Yak Gear 5 Piece Pad Eye Kit. For canoes that have a flat seat, no additional hardware is needed.
