The YakAttack BlackPak Pro Kayak Fishing Crate is a completely redesigned hard-sided kayak crate. It is fully riggable, boasts a hinged lid, is 25 percent lighter, and best-in-class functionality.

Construction and Assembly

Utilizing UV stabilized polymers that are injection-molded, the BlackPak Pro holds up to the harshest marine environments. The rib structure offers exceptional lightweight rigidity while the interlocking tongue and groove edge design ensures a hassle-free assembly.

Hinged Lid

The fully adjustable hinges allows for a simple switch between free pivoting to a sticky setting that maintains the lid position when let go. Overtravel stops keep the water shedding lid within reach. The Hinged Lid is complete with sound dampening rubber bumpers and a CatchLatch retention system.

Rod Holders

The BlackPak Pro includes six TetherTube rod holders with an integrated hook and tether system. Caged attachment points along both sides offer multiple hook points and the oversized hook design allows for a direct attachment to your fishing rod if desired. The TetherTube mounts to the GridLoc panels enabling for several vertical positioning options, higher for rods with long butts or low to elevate into the HighNDry position.

Tankwell Security and Storage

Omni corner brackets are designed as attachment points for OmniHooks (four included), generic hooks, carabiners, or a simple bungee for multiple hold-down methods. Rubber feet offer noise dampening and isolation. The BlackPak Pro is optimized to hold a variety of tackle boxes with ease.

Rigability

The GridLoc 2D mounting system sets the BlackPak Pro apart in its ability to customize and accessorize. It offers multiple attachment points on the inside and outside of the panels. This ensures the future design of dividers, holders, and other attachments will all be compatible with the BlackPak Pro.
